Jerri Kaye | Administrative Assistant
Jerri has a Bachelor of Arts in fine arts from University of Hartford and over 14 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant. She has extensive experience working with children and adults in the public sector. She has been part of the CNS Healthcare team since 2014.
Letitia Griffin, RN, BSN | Client Services Manager
Letitia is a Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of experience in psychiatric and medical/surgical nursing as well as 15 years of management experience in acute care hospitals. She has worked in both outpatient psychiatric and long-term care facilities. Letitia also assisted with the management of clinical trials on inpatient units. She joined the CNS Healthcare team in 2009 and oversees the pre-study assessment process at the clinic as well as lab and front office services.
Brad Littlejohn, MA, LMHC, CCRC | Certified Clinical Research Coordinator
Brad is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who received his degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2000. Brad has experience working in the psychiatric/mental health field in both hospital and outpatient settings with children, adolescents and adults. He joined the CNS Healthcare team in 2008.
Dimitri Duvilaire, MD, CCRC | Certified Clinical Research Coordinator
Dimitri is a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator with a passion for research. She is a foreign trained physician from Haiti and has clinical trial experience since 2007 and joined CNS Healthcare in 2016. She has expertise in hepatology, cardiac, hematology and pulmonary. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame in Haiti with her MD.
Jenni O | Clinical Research Coordinator
Since joining the team in 2012, Jenni has been involved with clinical trials as a Research Assistant, Regulatory/Quality Assurance Specialist, and now as a Clinical Research Coordinator. She is involved in the clinical operations of a satellite research site at Family Medical Center. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration with concentration in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida.
Michelle Warren, MA, LMHC | Clinical Research Coordinator
Michelle is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who received her BA in Psychology at the University of West Georgia in 2009, and her MA in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Central Florida in 2011. She joined the CNS Healthcare team in 2016. In addition to her work as a Clinical Research Coordinator, she also maintains a private practice for adults and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, relational issues, LGBT issues, addiction and more.
Penny O'Neal, RN, CCRC | Certified Clinical Research Coordinator
Penny has been a Registered Nurse since 1985 with a speciality in psychiatric nursing. She is a graduate of Indiana Vocational Technical College in Richmond, Indiana. She has been involved in research since 1997, and joined CNS Healthcare in 1999. She is also a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator.
Shana Caldwell, BSN, RN | Clinical Research Coordinator
Shana is a Registered Nurse with a background in critical care nursing. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from State College of Florida in 2014. She has worked in both multi system progressive care and surgical units at Florida Hospital. Shana comes with a wealth of medical knowledge with expertise in IV infusions including chemotherapy, advanced cardiac life support, stroke, and diabetes. She joined the team in 2015.
Sue Jenkins, RN, CCRC | Certified Clinical Research Coordinator
Sue is a Registered Nurse with experience in nursing, primarily psychiatric, since 1973. She is a graduate of Mercy Hospital School of Nursing in Canton, OH. She has been a pivotal member of the research team since joining CNS Healthcare in 1998. She is also a certified clinical research coordinator.
Tania Alidina, MA | Clinical Research Coordinator
Tania is a Master's level Registered Mental Health Counselor who received a Bachelor's Degree from Florida State University and a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida. She is currently in a PhD program for Healthcare Management and Research at The University of Central Florida. Tania has a passion for working with adults, adolescents and children in the field of research specializing in depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and addiction in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Tania became part of CNS Healthcare in 2015.
Wendy Sloan, MS, LMHC, CCRC | Certified Clinical Research Coordinator
Wendy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who received a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Florida State University and Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southern University. Wendy has worked with adults, adolescents and children with mental health issues for over 15 years and she has extensive experience in the area of psychological testing. Wendy leads the CRC team at the site and joined the team in 2007.
Danilyz Rosado | Research Assistant
Danilyz joins CNS Healthcare with over two years of experience in healthcare working directly with patients. She has been a member of our team since 2016.
Krystel Seguismundo | Research Assistant
Krystel has been working in healthcare since 2013 with a focus on patient education. She has a BS in Health Informatics and Information Management from the University of Central Florida and is a Certified Medical Coder. She offers site support to our satellite research office at Family Medical Center and has been an RA with us since 2016 when she completed her internship.
Libni Moreira | Research Assistant
Libny joins CNS Healthcare with extensive research experience dating back to 2007. She has worked in various capacities ranging from Research Assistant to Study Coordinator and has worked on phase II-IV research studies. Libny is a Certified Medical Assistant and has been with us since 2016.
Dianne Borders Stout, EMT/ASPT | Phlebotomist
Dianne is a native of the Delta of Mississippi and received her training there. She has over 40 years of experience working as an ECG technician and certified Phlebotomist with LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics and Florida Hospital. She became part of the CNS Healthcare team in 2015.
Victoria Huckleberry | Regulatory/QA Specialist
Victoria joined CNS Healthcare in 2015. She has been working in the medical field in various positions since 2012 in both administrative and inpatient oriented capacities. Most recently she is the regulatory specialist on Phase I-IV clinical trials in various indications. Victoria holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Samford University.
Kyana Warren | Call Center Representative
Kiana joined the team in 2017 with prior customer service experience managing social media advertising. She coordinates patient recruitment leads from central advertising campaigns and internet-based advertising. She is working on her BA in women’s studies from the University of Central Florida.
Heather Woodman | Data Manager
Heather has extensive data management experience in numerous phase I-IV trials with numerous sponsors. Prior to joining the CNS Healthcare team in 2013, she was the assistant site director at a phase one research center.
Eric Canut McCaffrey, CCRP | Operations Manager
Eric has extensive experience as a regulatory and research professional. Before joining CNS Healthcare in 2014, Eric managed all regulatory and operational functions at privately owned primary care practices and research dedicated outpatient/inpatient centers. Eric manages the regulatory, EDC and Quality Assurance teams.
Carolann Duncan, MS | Executive Director- Community Relations
Prior to joining CNS Healthcare in 2016, Carolann was the Regional Substance Abuse & Mental Health (SAMH) Director for the Florida Department of Children & Families, serving as the Senior SAMH Official responsible for 16 counties in the Central Florida Regional office. Prior to working for DCF, Carolann had a career spanning over 25 years as an Administrator, and clinician of numerous mental health and substance abuse facilities and programs throughout the United States. Carolann has an undergraduate degree in psychology and criminal justice, and a Master's degree in mental health counselling.
