Jerri Kaye | Administrative Assistant
Jerri has a Bachelor of Arts in fine arts from University of Hartford and over 14 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant. She has extensive experience working with children and adults in the public sector. She has been part of the CNS Healthcare team since 2014.
Letitia Griffin, RN, BSN | Client Services Manager
Letitia is a Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of experience in psychiatric and medical/surgical nursing as well as 15 years of management experience in acute care hospitals. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric and long-term care facilities. Letitia also assisted with the management of clinical trials on inpatient units. She joined the CNS Healthcare team in 2010 and oversees the pre-study assessment process at the clinic as well as lab and front office services.
Brad Littlejohn, MA, LMHC, CCRC | Certified Clinical Research Coordinator
Brad is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who received his degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2000. Brad has experience working in the psychiatric/mental health field in both hospital and outpatient settings with children, adolescents and adults. He joined the CNS Healthcare team in 2008.
Jenni O | Clinical Research Coordinator
Since joining the team in 2012, Jenni has been involved with clinical trials as a Research Assistant, Regulatory/Quality Assurance Specialist, and now as a Clinical Research Coordinator. She is involved in the clinical operations of a satellite research site at Family Medical Center. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration with concentration in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida.
Penny O'Neal, RN, CCRC | Certified Clinical Research Coordinator
Penny has been a Registered Nurse since 1985 with a speciality in psychiatric nursing. She is a graduate of Indiana Vocational Technical College in Richmond, Indiana. She has been involved in research since 1997, and joined CNS Healthcare in 1999. She is also a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator.
Shana Caldwell, BSN, RN | Clinical Research Coordinator
Shana is a Registered Nurse with a background in critical care nursing. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from State College of Florida in 2014. She has worked in both multi system progressive care and surgical units at Florida Hospital. Shana comes with a wealth of medical knowledge with expertise in IV infusions including chemotherapy, advanced cardiac life support, stroke, and diabetes. She joined the team in 2015.
Sue Jenkins, RN, CCRC | Certified Clinical Research Coordinator
Sue is a Registered Nurse with experience in nursing, primarily psychiatric, since 1973. She is a graduate of Mercy Hospital School of Nursing in Canton, OH. She has been a pivotal member of the research team since joining CNS Healthcare in 1998. She is also a certified clinical research coordinator.
Tania Alidina, MA | Clinical Research Coordinator
Tania is a Master's level Registered Mental Health Counselor who received a Bachelor's Degree from Florida State University and a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida. She is currently in a PhD program for Healthcare Management and Research at The University of Central Florida. Tania has a passion for working with adults, adolescents and children in the field of research specializing in depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and addiction in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Tania became part of CNS Healthcare in 2015.
Rebecca Klipper, RN | Clinical Research Coordinator
Rebecca "Beckie" is a Registered Nurse with a background in Gerontology. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Phoenix in 2015. Previous to joining the CNS Healthcare team she spent five years as an Assistant Director of Nursing at a healthcare facility which specialized in caring for geriatric and aging populations.
Marissa Barron, MPH | Clinical Research Coordinator
Marissa joined the CNS Healthcare team in 2017 after receiving her Master of Public Health degree from Georgia State University. Prior to joining CNS Healthcare, she held an epidemiology internship at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta and served as a research coordinator at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta for two years.
William "Lewis" Lewis | Intake Specialist
Lewis joined the team in 2017 as an Intake Specialist. He holds a BS in Psychology from the University of South Florida. He brings experience as Lead Mental Health Technician at a major Central Florida behavioral health facility. Lewis offers support to our sites in managing central advertising campaign referrals.
Krystel Seguismundo | Research Assistant
Krystel has been working in healthcare since 2013 with a focus on patient education. She has a BS in Health Informatics and Information Management from the University of Central Florida and is a Registered Health Information Administrator. She offers site support to our satellite research office at Family Medical Center and has been an RA with us since 2016 when she completed her internship.
Jessica Lisboa | Research Assistant
Jessica joined the CNS Healthcare team in March of 2017. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at the University of Central Florida and is currently working toward her Masters in Research. Previously, she worked from 2011 through 2017 as the Phlebotomist Team Lead at One Blood.
Michelle Allende | Research Assistant
Michelle began working with CNS Healthcare in 2018 as a research assistant. She earned her CMA in 2011 and has worked as a medical assistant/phlebotomist/assistant lab technician over the past eight years. She brings to the team experience as a research assistant on over 50 clinical trials in phase II - IV pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric populations in a variety of therapeutic areas.
Kianai Warren | Research Assistant
Kiana joined the team in 2017 with prior customer service experience managing social media advertising. She is working toward her BA in women’s studies at the University of Central Florida.
Dianne Borders Stout, EMT/ASPT | Phlebotomist
Dianne is a native of the Delta of Mississippi and received her training there. She has over 40 years of experience working as an ECG technician and certified Phlebotomist with LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics and Florida Hospital. She became part of the CNS Healthcare team in 2015.
Victoria Huckleberry | Regulatory/QA Specialist
Victoria joined CNS Healthcare in 2015. She has been working in the medical field in various positions since 2012 in both administrative and inpatient oriented capacities. Most recently she is the regulatory specialist on Phase I-IV clinical trials in various indications. Victoria holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Samford University.
Heather Woodman | Data Manager
Heather has extensive data management experience in numerous phase I-IV trials with numerous sponsors. Prior to joining the CNS Healthcare team in 2013, she was the assistant site director at a phase one research center.
Joan E. Cutillo, LPN, CCRC | Clinical Research Manager
Joan has over 22 years of nursing experience. During 2002 she began her work in research and received her certification from ACRP in 2006. With over 15 yrs of experience managing inpatient hospital-based research, outpatient research and physician office based trials, she is well trained in regulatory, budget and contract issues, as well as quality assurance, and oversight. Joan was also a presenter at the annual conference for the American Congress of Rehabilitative Medicine in Toronto, Canada in October 2014, where she presented an instructional lecture for all new and potential investigators on how to build and effectively run a physician practice based clinical trials department. She currently manages a satellite research site which is located within a large physician practice comprised of five physicians and several physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
Carolann Duncan, MS | Director of Strategic Relations
Prior to joining CNS Healthcare in 2016, Carolann was the Regional Substance Abuse & Mental Health (SAMH) Director for the Florida Department of Children & Families, serving as the Senior SAMH Official responsible for 16 counties in the Central Florida Regional office. Prior to working for DCF, Carolann had a career spanning over 25 years as an Administrator, and clinician of numerous mental health and substance abuse facilities and programs throughout the United States. Carolann has an undergraduate degree in psychology and criminal justice, and a Master's degree in mental health counselling.
