Kelly Iskiwitz, BS | Administrative Director
Kelly joined CNS Healthcare during 2003 as a Research Assistant. She has gained extensive experience in all areas of research and clinical trials including data entry, intake, psychological testing, regulatory and QA. She currently oversees all of these areas and is our liaison with our sponsors and monitors.
Charles Grandberry, BS, EMT | Triage Manager
Charles joined our team in 2013 as our Patient Access Manager, responsible for managing all intake activity in the office and supporting our site with community outreach. Charles comes to us with nine years of experience in healthcare management. Charles has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Organizational Development, and is also trained as an Emergency Medical Technician by the United States Military.
Monica Toor, MD
Dr. Monica Toor joined CNS Healthcare in 2019. She brings over 15 years of experience in working with a variety of therapeutic areas to the team. She received her Bachelor of Science in Neurology and Psychology from the University of California Riverside and her MD degree from American University of Antigua Medical School.
Julia Sinatra, BS | Quality Assurance Manager
Julia joined the team in 2020 as the Quality Assurance Manager. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from University of California San Diego. Previously, Julia worked as a Clinical Quality Assurance Associate Auditor and a Clinical Research Coordinator. Additionally, she has worked as a volunteer in the ICU at Mills Peninsula Medical Center and as a Physical Therapy Aide.
Courtney S. Hale, LPN | Clinical Research Coordinator
Courtney joined us in 2015 as a Clinical Research Coordinator. She has over 4 years of experience as an LPN, having worked in many different healthcare settings in the Memphis area. Courtney has worked with multiple diagnoses including depression, anxiety, ADHD, pain, bipolar disorder, diabetes, as well as many GI-related disorders. She is also experienced in many diagnostic evaluations and rating scales used in clinical research.
Debra O'Brien, RN, BSN | Clinical Research Coordinator
Debra joined our team in 2016 as a Clinical Research Coordinator in our Memphis, TN office. Debra has over 18 years of nursing experience ranging from neurotrauma, cardiovascular surgery, med/surge ICU, emergency room RN, cardiac stepdown, and being a school nurse.
Robyn Presley, BS | Clinical Research Coordinator
Robyn joined us in 2001 as a Clinical Research Coordinator. During 1988 she began her career in research as a Research Coordinator for numerous diseases of the central nervous system. She graduated from Southwest Baptist University with degrees in psychology and sociology. Shw focused her graduate work at the University of North Texas in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis on aging. She is the past President of the Memphis chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.
Kelsey Evans, BS | Clinical Research Coordinator
During 2017 Kelsey joined the team as Research Assistant and in 2020, was promoted to Clinical Research Coordinato. Kelsey holds a BS in Psychology and a minor in Bible and Ministry from Harding University. She has experience working with child, adolescent and adult populations. Her clinical skills include collection of vital signs (including opthalmic blood pressure), ECG's and cognitive assessment. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, National Alliance on Mental Illness, and Psi Chi Honor Society.
Mary Williams, RN | Clinical Research Coordinator
Mary joined the team in 2020 as a Clinical Research Coordinator. She is a registered nurse and holds a degree in Nursing from Mississippi University for Women. Mary has over 20 years of clinical experience working in inpatient and outpatiient settings with children, adults, elderly and expectant mothers. She is an experienced rater of various mental health questionnaires and assessments.
Catherine Houpt, MSW, LCSW | Clinical Research Coordinator
Catherine began her career in clinical research back in 2003. She holds a Masters in Social Work and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Tennessee. She has vast mental health research experience with adults and children and is an experiened rater on a variety of scales. In addition, she is Clinically Certified Forensic Counselor with the American College of Certified Forensic Counselors.
Tavia Flagg | Research Assistant
Tavia joined the team in November 2016. In 2007, she attended High Tech Institute and completed training as a Phlebotomist. She has over eight years of clinical experience, working with people living with autoimmune and pain/inflammatory related disorders, as well as working in research and clinical trials.
Irene Woods-Powell, CNA | Research Assistant
Irene joined the team in 2010 as a research assistant. In 1992 she worked as a CNA, where she gained experience in patient care. Following her dream to work in the healthcare field, she went back to school and graduated with honors as a MA. She now inputs 99% of the EDC information as well as efficiently serves as lab support. She is happy to be gaining extensive experience in research working with such a great team.
Reagan A. Boone, BS | Research Assistant
Reagan holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. She received professional training at East Tennessee Children's Hospital and LeBonheur Children's Hospital. Prior to joining CNS Healthcare, she worked as an Elementary School Clinic Care Provider.
Lakeshia Pipkin, MA, BA | Research Assistant
Lakeshia joined the CNS Healthcare team in 2018 as a Research Assistant. She holds a Master of Arts in Education from Union University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from University of Memphis. She worked in customer services for twelve years before joining the team.
Victoria Neal, BS | Research Assistant
Victoria joined CNS Healthcare in February of 2020 as a Research Assistant. Previously, she has experience as a Pharmacy Technician across the state of Tennessee and has earned her B.S. in General Science at Middle Tennessee State University in 2018. Victoria is currently working towards her Master’s in Education at Liberty University.
Melissa Flowers, BS | Research Assistant
Melissa joined the CNS Healthcare research team in January 2019 as a Research Assistant. She previously received her B.S. in General Science/Health from Middle Tennessee State University in 2017 and is working toward her Master’s degree in Public Health at Liberty University. Melissa’s clinical skills include E-Diary device management and training.
Dominique Ross, BS | Research Assistant
Dominique joined the CNS Healthcare team in 2020 as a Research Assistant. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. Dominique has extensive experience in Customer Service and professional training in physiology, anatomy, and respiratory therapy.
Penny McCracken | Intake Specialist
Penny joined CNS Healthcare in 2017 as Intake Coordinator. Prior to joining the team, Penny worked for 12 years in Plastic Surgery as a Patient Coordinator and later as Office Manager. Penny is results-oriented with strong customer service and organizational skills. She is passionate about her work performance and committed to providing an exceptional patient experience.
Erin Wells, BS, COTA/L | Regulatory Specialist
Erin joined the CNS Healthcare research team in 2020 as a Regulatory Specialist. She is a certified Occupational Therapist Assistant and has 10+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Marketing, Administration, and Patient Care. She graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1994 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and Marketing.
Brandi Gruber, BS | Community Relations Manager
Brandi joined the team in 2014 as the Community Relations Manager. She received a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from Arkansas State University and has extensive experience as a sales executive in the pharmaceutical industry in the areas of urology, endocrinology, psychiatry, and internal medicine. Brandi collaborates with organizations, health centers, and physician offices to promote patient research opportunities at CNS Healthcare.
