Dr. Scott A. West, an Investigator in clinical research since 1990 is the founder of Clinical Neuroscience Solutions, Inc. (CNS Healthcare). He is nationally recognized in the field of psychopharmacology research. Dr. West graduated from the University of Florida, College of Medicine and received his training in Psychiatry at Emory University. Subsequently, he completed research fellowships in Biological Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychopharmacology at the University of Cincinnati. Considered an expert in his field, Dr. West has co-authored more than 100 professional publications concerned with a variety of psychiatric and neurological conditions.

Linda Harper, MD

Prior to joining CNS Healthcare, Dr. Linda Harper was the Medical Director at a freestanding psychiatric hospital in Orlando. During her tenure at the hospital, Dr. Harper gained extensive research knowledge through the collaborative efforts with CNS Healthcare, and officially joined the company in 1999. She is a well-respected member of the Orlando medical community. She received her training in general psychiatry and addiction psychiatry at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. She completed an internship in internal medicine at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia. Dr. Harper also completed a fellowship in geriatric psychiatry at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, in conjunction with the VA Medical Center. Dr. Harper has been practicing psychiatry since 1985 and has held numerous medical administrative positions since 1987. She has been an Investigator on over 80 industry sponsored Diseases and Conditions.

Robert Molpus, MD

Prior to joining CNS Healthcare, Dr. Robert Molpus was the Medical Director of Behavioral health Services at Orlando Regional Medical Center. During his tenure with the hospital he developed and served as Clinical Director of the Dual-Diagnosis Program. Dr. Molpus earned his medical degree from the University Of Florida College Of Medicine in Gainesville, FL. He then completed his residency in Adult Psychiatry at the University of Virginia. He was very active in teaching medical students and served as the Chief Resident for first and second year residents. His passion for teaching continued in the activities he served through the University Of Virginia College Of Nursing as well as the University of Florida Physician Assistant Program. Dr. Molpus is well known and respected in the Orlando medical community through his 16 years of private practice as well as the numerous roles he has held in hospitals and community mental health centers. He is certified by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) and is a diplomate of the American Board of Addiction Medicine - #001228.
