From the Airport:
Go East on WINCHESTER RD, take ramp towards I-240 and merge onto PLOUGH BLVD, merge onto I-240 EAST towards Nashville, take the US-72 E / POPLAR AVE exit (Exit 15A) toward Germantown, stay straight to go onto POPLAR AVE. Our clinic is located in the Penmark Building which will be on your right-hand side across from International Paper.
From the Amtrack Station Downtown:
Go SOUTH on S. Main St. toward St. Paul Ave, take E EH CRUMP Blvd/ US-70 WEST towards, I-55. Merge onto I-55 South towards Jackson, Miss. then merge onto I-240 EAST toward Nashville, take the US-72 E / POPLAR AVE exit (Exit 15A) toward Germantown, stay straight to go onto POPLAR AVE. Our clinic is located in the Penmark Building which will be on your right-hand side across from International Paper.
From Collierville Middle School:
Go WEST on College St toward Cooper St (College St becomes Kelsey St.), turn left onto POPLAR AVE / TN-57 go about 10 miles. Our clinic is located in the Penmark Building which will be on your right-hand side across from International Paper.
